    Case study

    We were asked by a public sector Director of HR to help recruit a new Head of Service. The organisation had significantly invested in its culture and wanted to be sure that the new recruit would contribute positively to the culture journey ahead.

    We worked with the executive team to identify key characteristics needed for the role, then used a psychometric tool to assess candidate suitability against this criteria.

    We produced a detailed report, presented our recommendations to the recruitment panel and designed a bespoke onboarding plan to set everyone up for success.

    • We work with leaders to create space for them to better understand their leadership presence and style. We then use this insight to leverage their strengths during change, while keeping an eye on potential de-railers/blind spots that could undermine their impact.

    • We also design and facilitate team togetherness events with a lasting impact. We’ll work with you to understand what you want to achieve, get to know your participants and design an event that will spark new thinking

    A CEO in the finance sector wanted to make sure that his new business plan had the best chance of succeeding.

    We worked with employees to understand and describe their previous experience of change. We then mapped this insight against the new business plan to identify strengths and potential blind spots. This collaborative piece of work presented colleagues with a fresh and genuine opportunity to shape the future, and gave the CEO clarity and focus on how to deliver this business plan successfully.

    Case study

    A Head of Organisational Development in a large UK-wide charity was ready to launch a highly engaging leadership development programme.

    The leadership programme was for 56 senior leaders; as part of the leadership development programme, there was an expectation that leaders would experiment and explore real-life challenges and solutions together.

    It was important for this organisation that leaders felt confident to show up authentically and confidently in these sessions. We were invited to work with the organisation to provide series of structured coaching sessions for each participant to help deepen their thinking and insight from the programme.

    To ensure value for money, we introduced a range of evaluation methods to assess both the individual and organisational impact of this programme.
