Essentially I believe change should feel part of the rhythm of an organisation, rather than a corporate initiative. Organisations thrive when employees can truly connect with the organisation they are working within.
I bring with me more than 15 years’ experience in creating, encouraging and embedding change in the public sector, culminating in high-profile leadership roles in organisations ranging from 400 to 6,000 employees – so I know how tough change can feel. You are not alone!

In 2020 I founded Energise Development and have the pleasure of working with a range of fantastic clients - in the public, third and private sectors - to improve organisational health and effectiveness.
My approach
I take pride in practising what I preach and walking the walk so that when I work with an organisation people trust me to make a positive impact.
And I lead a small but perfectly-formed network of trusted partners and associates to deliver 1:1 and team support, coaching and leadership development.
We'll work closely with you to identify opportunities for improvement, develop customised strategies, and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed.
Our approach is centered on collaboration and knowledge transfer, so that you can confidently manage change in-house, and sustain the results over time. At Energise Development, we believe that true success is achieved when our clients have the tools and skills to continue driving positive change, long after we've stepped away.
Also, I share… a lot. I share my experience to show that you can be authentic and vulnerable, while still being a top-notch professional. And that people respond to people, not machines.
